{Let's Breathe : Stress Reduction 101}

While visiting CONFESSIONS OF A PIONEER WOMAN I came across this post. Many times we have been taught how to do it - but we forget. I think we are going to make it a natural exercise each night before we go to bed and then maybe we will all sleep a bit better. {Click Here}
